Valid for 12 months
- 12 coaching sessions 1.5 hours in length each
- A one hour outcome call to clarify on what you want
- A weekly check-in email to see how you're getting on.
- A further three 30 min calls post completion of package.
Silver Package

For those with a defined goal and are ready to make changes
Valid for 6 months
- Six sessions - 1.5 hours in duration
- One hour outcome-setting session
One-Off Session

For anyone looking for taste of coaching
Valid for 3 months
- 90 minute session
- Initial 20-30 min introductory call
