    • 12 coaching sessions 1.5 hours in length each
    • A one hour outcome call to clarify on what you want
    • A weekly check-in email to see how you're getting on.
    • A further three 30 min calls post completion of package.

  • Silver Package

    For those with a defined goal and are ready to make changes
    Valid for 6 months
    • Six sessions - 1.5 hours in duration
    • One hour outcome-setting session

  • One-Off Session

    For anyone looking for taste of coaching
    Valid for 3 months
    • 90 minute session
    • Initial 20-30 min introductory call
