I’m Rebecca - hi!

I'm a former British diplomat, trainee therapist and confidence & communications coach. I work with individuals and couples to help them communicate through difference and conflict.

I'm a coach who has worked with hundreds of clients, spent nearly a thousand hours coaching and undertaken over a thousand hours training. I've also worked across a variety of conflict zones. I've taken all that I know about psychology, behaviour, conflict and people to create a coaching mini-series that teaches you tools and skills to communicate.

We're living in a world where people are becoming more isolated, lonelier and where we struggle to communicate our needs and differences. It needn't be this way.
It's possible to learn to communicate in a way that is empowering, constructive and gives you the best chance of being heard. It's possible to learn to respond in a way where you both feel seen, heard and understood.

What sort of results you can expect?

1. Insight into ways to communicate and practical frameworks to apply.

2. Deeper understand of you and your partners ways of relating and emotional needs.

3. Better relationships and feeling more connected.

4. Increased confidence in your ability to share what is going on for you.
5. Understanding of how power, autonomy and freedom might impact your relationship.

How does it work?

This programme is pragmatic. It isn't therapy.
It's between 3-5 sessions that will equip you with new ways of communicating.
You'll learn three frameworks.
Six different tools.
Four new strategies.
You'll practice them with me in sessions and then use them outside of sessions too.
My start point for this is tools, techniques and ways of interacting.
Yes, we may speak about feelings and emotions. The focus isn't necessarily unique insight about your own situation but rather the provision of tools and ways of interacting to help you develop the insight on your own.
