We're living in a world where misogyny is getting worse and not better.
The current societal set-up doesn't value or see women's leadership potential.
How many times have you been given 360 feedback designed to make you an accommodating employee rather than foster your leadership potential?
I don't want that future and so I've created a coaching programme to help.
If you feel your failing or falling behind in your career or feel in a total spin about what is and isn't required for you to progress it makes sense.
There are a bunch of reasons why this is the case (see research in the lower section)

I've had enough and I want to help you change your situation by coaching with me.

You’ll have the tools to break through the inner and outer glass ceilings that have been holding you back.

What sort of results you can expect to get?

1. Go into meetings confident, no matter who is in the room.
2. Gain strategies to handle challenges so you no longer need to feel small or worried about taking-up too much space.

3. Learn the top three skills I have previously used to influence people I meet.

4. Have the courage to request a raise, opportunity or promotion.

5. Learn to manage and sit with silence so you don't say "yes" or do the work of all people in the conversation.

6. Understand how power dynamics play out in the work place and what you can do about them.

7. Become extremely clear on your inner compass and where you want to head in life - helping you to make decisions no matter how tricky they feel.

Why This Program Works

This isn’t about empty affirmations or superficial “empowerment.”
It's been designed with the real issued in mind:

-
The fact that women are judged more harshly for mistakes and expected to conform to communal stereotypes(LeanIn.org and McKinsey, 2020).

-
With an understanding of how gender bias within organizations can inhibit your progress, especially if your leadership style doesn’t fit traditional models.

-
The fact that burnout can happen when you to fit a mould that doesn’t align with your values

- Women are already fighting a bias that they are no suited to leadership.

-
From a young age, girls are taught to be more risk-averse, prioritize likability, and seek approval. By age 6, girls are less likely than boys to associate brilliance with their gender, affecting their long-term confidence and ambition (Science, 2017)

-
Women receive more vague and critical feedback focused on communication style rather than strategic vision. This bias disrupts their leadership trajectory (McKinsey & Company, 2019).

-
Women are 25% less likely to self-promote, limiting their opportunities for growth (National Bureau of Economic Research, 2019).

-
Women face the “double bind” where assertive behaviour is perceived as competent but unlikable. In fact, 66% of women report being criticized for being "too aggressive" compared to only 13% of men (Harvard Business Review, 2018).

This creates a “sticky floor” & a glass ceiling that holds women back.

BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO STAY THAT WAY!

How this programme helps:

1. Clarity: Get clear on what you truly want and identify the values that drive your decisions.

2. Confidence: Overcome self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the internalized beliefs that limit you.
3. Communication: Develop the skills to express yourself assertively and ensure your message lands powerfully.
It's been designed based on my own personal experience, the hundreds of hours of training I've done, and the nearly 1000 hours of coaching conversations I've had with clients.
